

It used to be fun going there with the kids, even though it cost a lot of $$ at the end of day you had fun and some tickets to get prizes. REMINDER they close the slides from 1pm-to 2h15pm for maintenance or whatever reason, did not ask since we always went after 2h30pm. Waterpark VERY SAFE, lifeguards everywhere, water looked clean but on a busy day good luck finding chairs to put your stuff. I needed a print out of a document, it was new years eve around 5pm, went to the front desk, same folks there as the check in, i asked them nicely if it was possible, i was told politely to go to the nearest CVS pharma as they would of done the print out for me.really ? At $300/night you couldn't make a little print out? Fail The rooms are nice and cozy, nice size you don't feel cramped up, fridge, microwave, tv, beds were comfy and room was clean, no issues with AC or heat. Check in was a breeze, our room was ready at 1pm which is excellent, now for the let down. Ah the reception, the first impression you get walking in every hotel, so better put your best employees there. We've been to this resort several times and it had been 3yrs since our last visit. His underling needs schooling on his lack of respect. Johnny Rocket's is still maintained by the same kitchen. If you do decide to book your company here for any length of time, guarantee your food choices. The menu they subjected us to was, by far, the worst I've ever experienced. Sick enough so that when they served it again, our company took us to dinner. Their food was so bad, on the day they served Cod, half our staff got sick. And honestly, when you serve garbage, it's displayed in a bin. To which he questioned my credentials as a chef because I did not refer to them as "Chafing Dishes". When I asked the chef what it was, I was told "Philly Cheesesteak", which we all know has cheese in it. When I looked at their offerings, I was disappointed to see only bread, salad and something that consisted of 75% onions and 25% shredded meat. So I went to get supper and was introduced to a Gordon wannabe. I wasn't feeling well but needed something bland. But on the second day my eyes were met with complete arrogance. The front office and housekeeping were phenomenal where my needs were concerned. The workforce was treated like a fifth world country. The winter games contracted us and put us up at the lodge.
